David Nussbaum is a social psychologist working at the intersection of research and media, working to bring science to the general public in an engaging and accurate way, highlighting the voices of the researchers at the front lines as they share their findings with the world.

Dave works at the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He received his Ph.D. from Stanford in 2008 under the advisorship of Claude Steele and Carol Dweck. 

Dave grew up in Vancouver, Canada, and has lived in Chicago with his wife and two sons since 2009.
